Who We Are
Our Company was founded in 1988 by Mr. Sotiris Foti who undertook the management and since then it operates business professionally in the area of waterproofing. Initially it started with bitumen membranes and afterwards with cementitious waterproofing system.
Since 2010 our team have been trained and apply the polyurethane waterproofing coating system reinforced with geotextile (Fabric). The system was successfully applied on roofs, verandas, watertanks, swimming pools, wet areas, concrete retaining walls and green areas, more than 130.000 m² surfaces.
Staff Application Training
In November 2013, Kostas Foti visited to BASF’s facilities in Italy, where he underwent specialized training in the advanced hot spray polyurea waterproofing system, gaining valuable expertise in application techniques and materials.
Hot Spray Equipment
In January 2014, with Blessing, the company acquired its own modern mobile equipment (hydraulic hot spray transfer system of the type Graco H-XP3). Since then (till today, Mar 2025), the company has implemented the polyurea hot spray waterproofing system on parking decks, watertanks, swimming pools, lakes, roofs, green areas, verandas and freezers, total surfaces more than 90.000 m².
Staff Safety Training
Our staff, has been trained, among others, and has been certified for indoor work (“Confined Spaces”), for working at heights (“Work at Height”), in matters of proper Scaffolding assembly – disassembly and safe working and handling on scaffolding (Scaffolding) and in First Aid at work (First Aid at Work E.F.A.W).
We continue with constant and extensive training for all staff, in light of impeccable (flawless).
